Nutritional Trails – part 3 of Mindful Backpacking. This standalone course covers nutrition for before, during, and after your backpacking journey to ensure a well-fueled adventure and smooth recovery.

Hiking Gear – a workshop to help you build a baseline garage of hiking gear and hiking skills.

All itineraries are currently curated for accommodations hosting a kitchen and include:
